Wedding Reception

The wedding reception game your guests will talk about.

PairPops creates a custom matching game using your photos — a reception activity that works for every guest, needs no explanation, and sends people home with a piece of your day.

Why it works

Two families. One table. Four minutes.

It works for every guest, not just the inner circle.

Grandma and the college roommates. Your family and their family. Kids and adults. PairPops is fully visual — no reading, no inside knowledge required. Two families become one table in about four minutes.

Your love story is the game.

Your couple photos. Your wedding party. Your families. The faces guests came to celebrate are the faces on every disc — which means every match is a moment, not a trivia question.

No one has to run it.

You have enough to coordinate on your wedding day. PairPops explains itself in one round — no emcee, no printed rules sheet, no one has to watch a video. It just goes.

Guests take discs home.

A disc with your engagement photo on it becomes a memento. People keep them in wallets, on fridges, on desks. The game ends. The keepsake doesn't.

The process

Ready for the big day. Three steps.

1

Share your photos with us

Couple portraits, wedding party photos, family shots — whatever you want in the game. We'll send a simple checklist after you reach out.

2

We design your game

We build the layout and send you a digital proof — every disc, every photo placement. Nothing goes to print until you love it.

3

Approve, and we ship

Once you sign off, production and shipping takes 5–7 business days. Packaged in a beautiful tin, ready for the reception table.

Use cases

Every wedding moment it fits.

Reception cocktail hour

The cocktail hour has a lot of people standing around not knowing each other yet. PairPops gives them something to do together — and a reason to introduce themselves.

Centerpiece or table activity

One tin per table. Guests discover it during dinner. By the time the main course arrives, the people who'd never met are mid-round-three arguing about who's faster.

Welcome table gift

Set PairPops out as guests arrive. It signals immediately: this isn't a standard reception. Something personal is happening here.

Rehearsal dinner icebreaker

Two families, many of whom have never met, sitting down for the first time. PairPops gives the table something to do while dinner comes out — and a shared laugh before the toasts.

FAQ

Common questions.

Whose photos go in the game?

That's up to you. Most couples include their engagement or couple portraits, wedding party photos, and close family. You can also include photos of guests — the more faces in the game, the more personal it feels to everyone at the table.

Can we customize the tin to match our wedding colors?

Yes. The tin packaging can be adapted to match your palette. We can also add your names, wedding date, or a monogram. It's a favor that looks like it belongs at your wedding, not a generic product.

How many guests can the game fit?

A standard game features 7–9 photos per disc. The number of people you can include depends on disc count. Tell us your guest count and we'll advise on the best configuration when you reach out.

Can we order one game per table?

Yes — many couples order one game per reception table. Contact us with your table count and we'll confirm pricing and lead time.

How early do we need to order?

Production takes 5–7 business days from proof approval. If you have a wedding date, tell us when you reach out and we'll confirm we can meet it. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before the event.

Do we need professional photos or can we use casual shots?

Any clear photo where faces are visible works well. Engagement portraits are great, but so are candid family photos. We'll send a checklist with the exact specs after you request your free mockup.
