Corporate Event Games
Corporate event games that make the event worth attending.
Corporate events are expensive. The activity is what people remember — or don't. PairPops creates a matching card game built around your actual people, so every guest has a reason to talk to someone they don't know yet.
Why it works
The activity people remember when they forget the keynote.
The event becomes personal, not just branded.
A matching game with your team's or attendees' actual faces turns a corporate event from a calendar obligation into something people feel like they were actually part of.
It creates its own energy.
Competitive, fast, loud in the right way. When someone slaps the table and shouts a name, the whole room notices — and wants in. No MC required.
It scales without logistics overhead.
Drop a set on every table. No instructions to distribute, no facilitator to hire, no breakout sessions to coordinate. A 300-person event runs exactly as smoothly as a 30-person one.
People take it home.
A branded tin with your logo that gets pulled out at home is a brand touchpoint that outlives the event. Most swag hits the trash on day two. This doesn't.
Use cases
The events it fits best.
Conferences and trade shows
Give attendees something to do during networking breaks that actually breaks the ice. A game with speaker and attendee photos is more memorable than any lanyard.
Sales kickoffs and revenue events
Start the SKO with PairPops at every table before the keynote. By the time the VP takes the stage, the team is warmed up, energized, and already talking.
Corporate holiday parties
Replace the awkward mixer hour with a game your whole company already knows how to play — because they're in it. Works for 50 people or 500.
Client and partner events
Put client faces alongside your team's faces on the discs. When a client picks up a disc and sees themselves in the game, it signals something no keynote can.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can we put attendee photos in the game, not just employee photos?
Yes. If you have attendee headshots — from registration, from LinkedIn, from a speaker list — those can go in the game. It's a powerful move for conferences: people start recognizing session speakers before the first talk.
How far in advance do we need to order for a corporate event?
Production takes 5–7 business days from proof approval. For large events or tight deadlines, reach out as early as possible and we'll confirm the timeline.
Can the game include our event branding, not just company branding?
Yes. The tin lid and disc backs can carry event-specific artwork — your event logo, theme, year. Tell us what you have when you reach out.
What quantity is right for a corporate event?
It depends on your event format. A conference with round tables might need one set per table. A holiday party might need one set per 8 guests. Reach out with your guest count and format and we'll advise.
Can we order games for multiple events with the same design?
Yes. Once the proof is approved and the game is set up, repeat orders are straightforward. Many companies use the same game across multiple events in a year.
