Sales Kickoff Activity
The sales kickoff activity that gets the room ready.
PairPops creates a custom matching game featuring your team's faces — the SKO activity that warms the room in fifteen minutes flat. Start with a game and everything after lands better.
Why it works
A warm room makes every session land better.
The energy at the start determines the rest.
A SKO is a significant investment of time and budget. The energy in the room at the opening determines whether the sessions, the training, and the dinners all land. Start with a game and the room is already warm before the first slide.
Regional reps finally meet each other.
Sales teams often work in isolation — different territories, different time zones. A game with everyone's face in it creates a moment where the whole team is in the same room doing the same thing.
No one has to run it.
PairPops explains itself in ten seconds. Your VP of Sales doesn't have to MC an icebreaker. Drop the game on the table and let it do its job.
The branded tin stays on the desk.
Your logo on the tin lid. Your team on the discs. It's a SKO keepsake that doesn't end up in a drawer — because the people in it are the people reps work with every day.
Use cases
Four SKO moments it improves.
SKO opening activity
Run PairPops in the first fifteen minutes before the agenda starts. By the time the first presentation begins, the room is already laughing. That energy carries through the day.
Dinner table game
Drop a set on each table at the SKO dinner. It fills the gap between courses and surfaces the kind of conversations that don't happen in breakout sessions.
New rep welcome
New reps joining the team for the first time meet 30 faces all at once. PairPops makes those introductions faster and more memorable than a round of "tell us your name and territory."
Cross-functional kickoffs
Sales meets marketing meets customer success. When you bring multiple departments together for a kickoff, PairPops closes the gap quickly and sets a collaborative tone from the start.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can we feature the whole sales team in the game?
Yes. The game is built from your team's photos — reps, managers, enablement, leadership. Everyone in it makes the game more valuable to everyone who plays it.
What photos work best for a SKO game?
Standard headshots or LinkedIn-style photos work well. If you want to add personality, some teams mix in candid shots or fun facts. We'll send a photo checklist after you reach out.
How many people can play at once?
PairPops works for 2–8+ players per set. For a large SKO, order enough sets to run multiple tables simultaneously. Everyone plays at the same time.
Can we add our company logo or SKO theme branding?
Yes. Your logo goes on the tin lid. You can also add SKO-specific artwork or this year's theme if you want the game to match the event aesthetic.
How early should we order for our SKO date?
Production takes 5–7 business days from proof approval. Tell us your SKO date when you reach out and we'll confirm the timeline.
Can we reuse the game after the SKO?
Yes. Many teams keep the game at the office and pull it out at team meetings throughout the year. It's a keepsake that earns its place.
