We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and order details (event type, team or guest count, event date) when you submit an inquiry or place an order. We also collect the photos and images you upload to create your custom game. Analytics data is collected automatically via Google Tag Manager when you visit our website.

We use your information to produce and ship your custom PairPops game, to send order confirmations and production updates, to respond to your inquiries and support requests, and to improve our website and service.
4. Your Uploaded Photos
Photos you upload are used solely to produce your ordered game. We do not sell, license, or share your photos with any third party. Photos are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and are deleted upon completion unless you request otherwise.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as shipping carriers and payment processors), only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
