1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pairpops.com and the purchase of products from PairPops. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our products are custom physical and digital personalized matching games.
2. Orders
All orders placed through PairPops are custom-made to your specifications. An order is confirmed when we receive your photos and details and issue a digital proof for your approval. Production does not begin until you approve the proof. Once production has been approved, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are confirmed in writing before production begins. We will not begin production without written price confirmation. Payment terms are communicated during the order process. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant PairPops a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of producing your ordered game. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any intellectual property rights. PairPops reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
6. Production and Delivery
Custom games are produced in approximately 5–7 business days from proof approval, subject to order volume. Delivery timelines are confirmed before production begins. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because all PairPops games are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
The PairPops name, logo, website design, and all associated branding are the property of PairPops. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PairPops materials without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PairPops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PairPops operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
