Shipping Policy

1. Production Time
Custom PairPops games are produced in approximately 5–7 business days from the date you approve your digital proof. Production does not begin until proof approval is confirmed in writing. If you have a specific event date, please let us know at the time of inquiry so we can confirm availability before production starts.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Shipping method, carrier, estimated delivery time, and shipping cost are confirmed before production begins. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination, order size, and chosen shipping method. All shipping costs are confirmed in writing before you approve production. We will not begin production without confirmed shipping terms.
4. Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control. PairPops is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. Not all shipping methods or destinations include tracking. If tracking is available for your order, we will send it to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
6. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@pairpops.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Lost orders confirmed by the carrier will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. PairPops is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Changes to a shipping address after production approval may not be possible.
