Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders
All PairPops games are custom-made to your specifications. Because production is personalised and begins only after you approve a digital proof, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once production has been approved. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
2. Before Production Begins
If you need to cancel or make changes before approving your proof, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pairpops.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes prior to production approval at no additional cost, though this cannot be guaranteed.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof, we will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact us at hello@pairpops.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible.
4. How to Submit a Claim
Email hello@pairpops.com with your order reference number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage where applicable. We aim to review all claims within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email when a refund has been issued.
6. Replacements
In cases where a replacement is offered in lieu of a refund, production and delivery timelines apply as for a new order. Replacements are provided at no additional charge for eligible claims.
